Solaire 7607 Old Georgetown Road, which broke ground in October 2021, will be the 6th Solaire-branded luxury apartment community developed by WPC. Upon completion, the 22-story building – within one block of the Bethesda Metro station – will have 198 units, 1,500 SF of retail space, and four levels of underground parking with bike storage. Amenities will include a penthouse fitness center, a rooftop clubhouse and terrace, a ground-level lounge, and a pet grooming station.
