Ms. Stencel has over 25 years of experience in real estate and financial transactions and was most recently Associate General Counsel with Atlantic Realty Companies, a commercial real estate company based in Vienna, VA. Previously, Ms. Stencel was Assistant General Counsel with the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation, General Counsel of North America for the U.S. Office Products Company and a partner at a Washington, D.C. law firm working in the areas of real estate, finance and commercial transactions. Ms. Stencel is a member of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), the American Corporate Counsel Association and the D.C. Bar Association and has authored numerous articles on real estate development. Ms. Stencel received a degree in Business Administration (Finance) from Colorado State University and a law degree from Syracuse University. In addition, Ms. Stencel was Business Editor of the Law Review. Ms. Stencel and her family reside in Washington, D.C. |
