As Manager, Mr. Black is responsible for the management of new construction, building renovations and tenant projects at Washington Property Company and works closely with general contractors to ensure that projects are completed in a timely manner as well as within budget guidelines. Mr. Black has over 9 years of experience in commercial renovations and construction management and has managed nearly nine hundred thousand square feet of new construction in the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Area. In addition, Mr. Black has worked in the field of accounting as Controller for a hotel and as Business Manager for a local hotel company. Mr. Black resides in Washington, D.C. with his wife and children. |
