Mr. Feldman is responsible for development and acquisitions at Washington Property Company. With nearly 10 years of experience, he has developed over 800 apartment units and 800,000 square feet of office and retail commercial space. Mr. Feldman is also responsible for the management of the company's debt/equity origination and asset acquisitions/ dispositions having deployed over $300 million in capital. Prior to joining Washington Property Company, Mr. Feldman held similar positions developing and managing Class A multi-family properties. Mr. Feldman received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from American University and a Master of Science degree in Real Estate from Johns Hopkins University. Mr. Feldman resides in Gaithersburg, MD. |
