Mr. Colton provides financial and feasibility analysis, and assists in the management of land use entitlement, planning, design, and development of major mixed-use and multi-family communities for Washington Property Company. He has over twenty years of experience managing residential and commercial real estate development projects in the Mid-Atlantic region and has developed over one thousand multi-family apartments. Prior to joining Washington Property Company, Mr. Colton directed the land acquisition and development of mixed-use and multi-family apartment communities for national owner/developers. Mr. Colton is a Professional Engineer and received a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from the University of Maryland and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina. He resides in Kensington, Maryland. |
