As Senior Construction Manager, Mr. Ayers is responsible for managing all multi-family and mixed-use construction projects at Washington Property Company. With over 25 years of experience in the construction industry in the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Area, Mr. Ayers has successfully completed many high-rise multi-family projects including a skyscraper in Baltimore, MD, mid-rise podium, "donut style" and nearly 1,500 luxury units. Prior to joining Washington Property Company, Mr. Ayers was Senior Project Executive at a national real estate and general contracting self-performing development firm. Mr. Ayers also has extensive experience with large commercial, government, Class A office buildings and educational buildings and has completed over four million square feet of various projects. Mr. Ayers has resided in Charles County, MD since 1983 and currently lives with his wife of 23 years and 4 boys in Waldorf, MD. |
