As Vice President, Mr. Witowski is responsible for leasing and acquisitions at Washington Property Company and works closely with the brokerage community in securing tenants for all the firm’s projects. Mr. Witowski provides primary leasing oversight for on all current and future development projects throughout Maryland and Virginia.

A native Washingtonian, Mr. Witowski has over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate in the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Area and has been responsible for the acquisition, leasing and development of over 5 million square feet of commercial space throughout the region.

Mr. Witowski joined Washington Property Company after serving for 3 years as Senior Director of Commercial Properties at Atlantic Realty Companies of Vienna, VA. Prior to joining Atlantic Realty, Mr. Witowski was the Managing Partner of the Lakewood Investment Group and Marcus Wayne Development and a Vice President of Leasing at Cassidy and Pinkard.

Mr. Witowski is a member of the Maryland/ DC and Northern Virginia chapters of the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP) and was recently elected to the Board of Maryland/ DC chapter. Mr. Witowski was a founding member of the Clarendon Alliance in Arlington, VA, a group dedicated to bringing new businesses to the Arlington area.

Mr. Witowski holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Villanova University and resides with his family in Bethesda, MD.
