As Director of Asset Management, Mr. Nulsen is responsible for the execution of asset business plans across Washington Property Company's portfolio through initiatives to maximize net operating income, enhance property values, and optimize capital allocation.

Prior to joining Washington Property Company, Mr. Nulsen held numerous roles in real estate finance, most recently with a national senior housing owner, operator, and developer.

Mr. Nulsen received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate and Urban Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Mr. Nulsen resides in Columbia, MD.
