8616 Cameron Street, known as Silver Spring Corner, is a two-story, 48,422 sf. located at the intersection of Cameron and Fenton Streets in downtown Silver Spring.

Renovated in 2006, Silver Spring Corner is home to L.A. Fitness International, LLC, one of the nation’s premiere sport club companies and is WPC’s first retail redevelopment in Silver Spring. The $5 million renovation included a redesign of the exterior that incorporates extensive use of glass and metal panels with floor to ceiling glass on the upper level along Cameron Street, a glass-enclosed, two-story atrium that highlights the entrance and interior construction highlighted by an indoor pool, basketball court and full exercise facility.
