As Marketing Manager, Alyssa Carter is responsible for overseeing marketing for Washington Property Company as well as the Solaire brand residential portfolio.

Ms. Carter has varied experience in the residential management industry, first as a Sales and Marketing Associate with AvalonBay and later as an Assistant Property Manager at Highmark Residential, where she managed the on-site financials. Prior to joining Washington Property Company in 2020, Ms. Carter managed marketing operations of 11,000+ units in high rise, garden, luxury, and mixed-use developments for Lincoln Property Company.

Ms. Carter has an Associate of Arts in Business Administration. She currently resides in Columbia, Maryland.
