As Residential Regional Manager, Brian Crist oversees the staff and operations of the Solaire brand residential portfolio, which includes several luxury multi-family properties in Maryland and Virginia.

Mr. Crist has over 25 years of residential property management experience. Prior to his arrival at WPC, he managed numerous such properties for Bozzuto. He has a deep knowledge of leasing, marketing, financial operations, training and development, and facilities management.

Mr. Crist resides in Frederick with his wife and children.
