As Residential Regional Manager, Mr. Long is responsible for overseeing the daily operations for the Solaire brand residential portfolio. He joined Washington Property Company in 2020 with over 10 years of residential property management experience.

After graduating from Elizabethtown College with a B.S. in Business Management in 2009, Mr. Long entered the residential management industry as a Sales and Marketing Associate with Bozzuto Management Company. He quickly settled into the fast-past environment of residential management, learning the ins and outs of the industry. Mr. Long has since directed on-site operations of multiple mixed used projects which include daily management of residential, retail, and office space.

Prior to joining Washington Property Company, Mr. Long managed operations of high rise, garden, luxury, and mixed-use developments within Maryland.

Mr. Long is an active member of the Institute of Real Estate Management, Property Management Association, Maryland Multifamily Housing Association, and National Apartment Association. He lives with his wife and two sons in New Market, Maryland.
