As Vice President of Property Management, Jeff Long is responsible for the leadership and oversight of day-to-day operations for Washington Property Company's complete portfolio of commercial and residential assets. His primary focus is on optimizing economic performance and ensuring the meticulous physical management and maintenance of all properties.

Mr. Long joined Washington Property Company in 2020, bringing over 15 years of comprehensive industry experience. His career has been centered on directing on-site operations for a diverse range of properties, including luxury high-rise, garden-style, and complex mixed-use developments that feature residential, commercial, and office components.

Mr. Long is an active member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), Apartment & Office Building Association (AOBA), the Property Management Association (PMA), the Maryland Multifamily Housing Association (MMHA), and the National Apartment Association (NAA). He earned his B.S. in Business Management from Elizabethtown College. He lives with his wife and three children in Middletown, Maryland.
