As Director of Commercial Engineering, Mr. Jiron is responsible for overseeing the commercial engineering staff at our properties. He provides leadership and management support to facility management and engineers responsible for the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the building support systems such as heating, ventilation, electrical distribution system, plumbing, and fire suppression systems.

Mr. Jiron monitors vendor performance for quality, efficiency, and cost. He ensures that all technical work is completed according to code and building standards.

Mr. Jiron resides in Silver Spring MD.
