As Residential Property Manager, Monique Posey is responsible for a 139-unit luxury apartment community in Bethesda, Maryland, under the Solaire Brand.

Ms. Posey has more than 20 years of experience in Property Management, most recently at Solaire 8200 Dixon in Silver Spring and previously at SOME (So Others Might Eat), a non-profit organization located in Washington, DC, where she managed five properties.

In her spare time, Ms. Posey enjoys visits to the National Zoo and the Baltimore Aquarium, as well as traveling and relaxing at the beach.
