As Staff Accountant, Ruth Marino is responsible for general accounting procedures including billing, financial and tax statement preparation, and accounts payable.

Ms. Marino joined Washington Property Company in 2005 with over 15 years of experience in real estate accounting at that time. Before joining Washington Property Company, Ms. Marino held similar positions at several area real estate/property management companies. Prior to her work in the real estate industry, she was the Owner/Operator of Wordright Associates for 6 years.

Ms. Marino enjoys various crafts, as well as volunteering in her community. She currently resides in Montgomery Village, MD.
