As Residential Property Manager of Solaire 8200 Dixon, Mr. Alrai is responsible for the operation of a 403-unit luxury apartment community in Silver Spring.

Mr. Alrai has 15 years of experience in residential and commercial management, having begun his career as a Sales and Marketing Associate with Bozzuto in 2007. Prior to joining Washington Property Company in 2021, Mr. Alrai managed 10 properties for NOVO Communities as a Portfolio Manager.

Mr. Alrai resides in Ft. Washington, Maryland, with his fiancée and son.
