3160 Fairview Park is a 116,000 square foot office building located in Falls Church, Virginia in Fairfax County. The building is situated just off I-495 in one of the area's preeminent office parks. It was initially constructed in 1987 as Computer Science Corporation's (CSC) headquarters. That company vacated the property and sold it to WPC in March 2017 for $7.15 million.
